prôvn is an invoice generation and validation engine operated by 2460 Health Tech, Inc. These terms govern your use of the prôvn application and website at provn.2460.life.

Acceptable use

You agree to use prôvn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2460 Health Tech, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
